titleOfInvention | Intracellular polymerization method based on alkyne-amine click polymerization |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of biochemistry, and discloses an intracellular polymerization method based on alkyne-amine click polymerization. Intracellular polymerization method: 1) co-culturing the diamine compound and cells in a cell culture system; 2) removing the diamine compound which does not act with the cells, and adding a binary alkynyl compound to co-culture with the cells; 3) removing the binary alkynyl compound which does not act with the cells, adding a culture medium for continuous culture, and obtaining the intracellular polymer. The invention successfully synthesizes the polyalkene amine compound in cells and realizes intracellular polymerization. Meanwhile, the intracellular polymerization method of the invention has mild conditions, rapid reaction and simple operation. Meanwhile, the intracellular polymerization method can realize cell fluorescence imaging; when the polymer is polymerized in tumor cells, the microtubule structure of the tumor cells can be destroyed, so that the tumor cells are necrotized, and the polymer has an anti-tumor application prospect. |
