titleOfInvention | Preparation method of modified aluminate liquid accelerator |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a modified aluminate liquid accelerator, which comprises the following steps: 1) firstly, preparing modified aluminate pre-gel, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 18 to 25 percent of aluminate; 12 to 18 percent of nano aluminum sol; 0.5 to 1 percent of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid; 58 to 64 percent of water. 2) The preparation method of the phosphonic acid based polymer comprises the following steps of: 58 to 65 percent of modified aluminate pregel; 0.5 to 1.8 percent of hydrous magnesium silicate; organic phosphonic acid: 5% -10%; 23.2 to 32 percent of water; 3) mixing the phosphonic acid based polymer obtained in the step 2) with a saccharide compound according to a mass ratio of 100: stirring for 0.5-1 to obtain the modified aluminate liquid accelerator. The novel liquid accelerator prepared by the invention is safe in construction when being applied to sprayed concrete, has extremely fast accelerating speed, and has the characteristics of low resilience, obvious improvement of later strength, strong adaptability and the like. |
