titleOfInvention | Process for co-producing polymeric ferric sulfate and ferric trichloride by using fine iron powder through two-step acid dissolution method |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical production processes, and discloses a process for co-producing polymeric ferric sulfate and ferric trichloride by using a fine iron powder two-step acid dissolution method, which comprises the following steps: adding the fine iron powder into dilute sulfuric acid for leaching to obtain a first-step acid solution; adjusting the acidity of the acid liquor in the first step by adopting magnesite powder or ferrous sulfate solid; carrying out filter pressing on the obtained acid liquor to obtain a first-step filtrate and a first-step filter residue; oxidizing the filtrate obtained in the first step to produce polymeric ferric sulfate liquid; mixing the first-step filter residue with fine iron powder, and then adding hydrochloric acid to dissolve out to obtain a second-step acid solution; adjusting the acidity of the acid liquor in the second step by adopting magnesite powder or ferrous chloride solid; carrying out filter pressing on the obtained acid liquor, backwashing filter residues and drying the filter residues by air to obtain a second-step filtrate, a backwashing liquid and a second-step filter residue; oxidizing the second step filtrate to produce ferric trichloride liquid. The polyferric sulfate and the ferric trichloride are jointly produced, so that the iron content in the iron fine powder is utilized to the maximum extent, and the production cost is reduced. |
