titleOfInvention | Method for extracting kaempferol glucoside compounds from Nanshan tea |
abstract | The invention provides a method for extracting kaempferol glucoside compounds from Nanshan tea. The method comprises the steps of leaching a Nanshan tea cake to obtain a sample liquid; loading the sample liquid to a macroporous resin chromatographic column by a wet method, performing gradient elution by using an ethanol aqueous solution system, collecting eluent containing a target compound, and performing post-treatment to obtain crude component liquid; loading the crude component solution to a polyamide resin chromatographic column by a wet method, carrying out gradient elution, carrying out chromatographic detection, collecting eluent containing a target compound, concentrating and freeze-drying to obtain a crude extract; dissolving the crude extract with solvent, injecting, performing HPLC semi-preparation with first C18ME chromatographic column, performing isocratic elution with acetonitrile-formic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase, collecting fractions containing target compounds, concentrating, and lyophilizing to obtain first and second target compounds. The method provided by the application can effectively separate the target compound from the camellia plant and has high extraction purity. |
