abstract The invention discloses an application of a UBXN11 gene-based polymorphic site genotype to prediction of A (H7N9) susceptible people, which is characterized in that the UBXN11 gene polymorphic site is rs189256251, wherein the UBXN11 gene rs189256251 polymorphic site has two genotypes which are respectively CT and CC, when the rs189256251 polymorphic site genotype is CT, the sample is predicted to be A (H7N9) susceptible people, and when the rs189256251 polymorphic site genotype is CC, the sample is predicted to be A (H7N9) non-susceptible people. The invention also discloses a kit for predicting A (H7N9) susceptible population based on the polymorphism site genotype of UBXN11 gene and an analysis method for predicting A (H7N9) susceptible population based on the polymorphism site genotype of UBXN11 gene. The method for predicting the A (H7N9) susceptible population is quick, simple, convenient, effective and high in accuracy, and provides a new thought and direction for the development of subsequent targeted drugs and the further research of pathogenesis of the A (H7N9) susceptible population.
