titleOfInvention | Carbon sheet array light absorption material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a carbon sheet array light absorption material and a preparation method thereof, and the technical scheme is as follows: 1) dispersing humic acid in water to obtain a humic acid dispersion liquid; 2) mixing the dispersion liquid obtained in the step 1) with a carbon simple substance and carrying out ball milling; 3) coating thermosetting resin on the surface of a base material, wherein the thickness of the thermosetting resin is about 0.1mm, and placing the thermosetting resin at the bottom of a container; pouring the mixture obtained in the step 2) into the container, and placing the container in a cold trap for freezing treatment; 4) putting the solid obtained in the step 3) into a vacuum drier for drying treatment, and covering a black substance on the dried substrate material to obtain a carbon sheet array; 5) and curing the substrate material for later use. In the raw materials used in the invention, humic acid and acetylene black are common raw materials which can be produced in a large scale, strong redox operation is not needed in the whole process, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the preparation process is relatively simple, and the light absorption performance of the prepared carbon sheet array light absorption material is obviously improved. |
