The fluorine-silicon-containing thermoplastic polyester elastomer material is prepared from the following components in parts by mole: 1.00 part of polyether glycol, 0.05-0.10 part of fluorosilicone oil, 3.05-5.50 parts of terephthalic acid, 2.00-4.30 parts of low molecular weight glycol, 0.01-0.03 part of antioxidant, 0.01-0.02 part of catalyst and 0.05-0.15 part of water removing agent. The soft segment of the thermoplastic polyester elastomer material containing the fluorine-silicon contains the fluorine-silicon oil, has excellent high and low temperature resistance, friction resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and simultaneously has the characteristics of high tensile strength, tearing strength, elongation and excellent processability of common polyester.
