Antibacterial peptide, preparation method of antibacterial peptide, antibacterial composition, antibacterial method and application |
abstract |
This case relates to an antibacterial peptide, its preparation method, a composition containing the antibacterial peptide, an antibacterial method using the antibacterial peptide, and the application of the antibacterial peptide. The amino acid sequence of the antibacterial peptide is Val Pro Tyr Ile Gln His Thr Pro Asn Leu Leu Leu Glu Gln Asn Leu Leu; wherein, the amino acids in the amino acid sequence are all D-type amino acids. In this case, chemical synthesis methods can be used to efficiently obtain a large number of high-purity all-trans D-type antimicrobial peptides, which can ensure the integrity and purity of the antimicrobial peptide sequence, and have high thermal stability and resistance to protease degradation. Compared with the L-type antimicrobial peptide, the broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity of the peptide is greatly enhanced. |
