The invention discloses a kind of synthetic methods of chiral compound S-(-) -2- methyl -3- phenyl-1-propanol.Using α-methylcinnamaldehyde as raw material, catalytic hydrogenation reaction synthesis (±) -2- methyl -3- phenyl-1-propanol is first passed through;Monoesters is formed by esterification with phthalic anhydride again;Pass through acid-base reaction forming salt with R- (+)-α-phenylethylamine again later;Then by crystallization and recrystallization, single chiral isomers therein is isolated and purified;Then by hydrolysis, S- (-) -2- methyl -3- phenyl-1-propanol and hydrolysising by-product are obtained;It is finally separating purifying and removes hydrolysising by-product, obtain S- (-) -2- methyl -3- phenyl-1-propanol. |
