titleOfInvention Physicochemical combination process based on chlorella aging liquid recycling treatment
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of water treatment, and particularly relates to a physicochemical combination process based on chlorella aging liquid recycling treatment, which comprises the following steps: A. pumping the chlorella aging solution into an ozone reaction tank, adding hydrogen peroxide, selectively oxidizing and decomposing inhibiting components such as fatty acid and other organic matters which influence the normal growth of the chlorella in the aging solution, and reserving residual nutrient salt ions; B. b, pumping the aging liquid treated in the step A into a coagulating sedimentation tank, adding a self-made novel organic-inorganic composite flocculating agent, mixing and stirring, removing sediment, and further removing algae inhibiting organic substances in the aging liquid; C. and C, allowing the aging liquid treated in the step B to enter a culture medium nutrient salt on-line monitoring and supplementing system, monitoring that the algae in the algae culture solution consumes more nutrient elements such as iron ions and potassium ions on line, changing other nutrient salts in the culture process to be small and negligible, and supplementing the nutrient salts into the treatment liquid to the concentration level of the original formula, so that the chlorella is cultured in a circulating manner by the treated aging liquid.
