abstract | The invention relates to an amorphous nano titanium dioxide visible light catalyst compound and a preparation method thereof, wherein the amorphous nano titanium dioxide visible light catalyst compound comprises the following substances in parts by weight: amorphous nano TiO 2 100. Nano Ag 2 3-4% of O, 3-5% of nano CuO and nano Fe 2 O 3 5 to 7 nm of Bi 2 O 3 3-4 parts of dispersing agent, 0.5-1.0 part of coupling agent, 0.5-1.0 part of auxiliary material and 6-8 parts of auxiliary material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A. preparing metatitanic acid into a suspension with the concentration of 300-400 g/L, adding a silver nitrate solution, a copper sulfate solution, a ferric trichloride solution, a bismuth nitrate solution and a dispersing agent, and stirring; B. heating to 80-90 ℃, adding NaOH aqueous solution, and curing to obtain metatitanic acid suspension containing metal oxide; C. adding auxiliary materials and a coupling agent, and stirring at a high speed; D. grinding until the average grain diameter is less than or equal to 0.35 mu m; E. filter pressing and washing to obtain a filter cake; f, drying for 3-4 hours at 200-230 ℃ by microwave; G. and (4) airflow crushing to obtain the amorphous nano titanium dioxide visible light catalyst compound. The invention makes up the defect of low visible light photocatalysis efficiency of amorphous nano titanium dioxide. |
