titleOfInvention A kind of method for preparing γ-valerolactone catalyst by hydrogenation of ethyl levulinate
abstract A method for preparing a γ-valerolactone catalyst by hydrogenation of ethyl levulinate relates to a method for preparing a catalyst. A soluble Cu salt is dissolved in an aqueous solution, then ammonia water is added to form a copper ammine complex, and a silica sol is added dropwise. into the cupro ammonia, and stir the hydrothermal aging for 3-8h, steam ammonia at 70-100 ℃, after the evaporation of the ammonia water is completed, further dry, shape and roast in an oven to finally obtain CuO/SiO2 catalyst: wherein the mass percentage of CuO is 10%-50%, the mass percentage content of the carrier SiO2 is 50%-90%, wherein the Cu soluble metal salt is nitrate; wherein the ammonia distillation temperature is 70-100 ℃, and the drying temperature is 80-150 °C, and the calcination temperature is 300-600 °C. The invention adopts non-precious metal copper, and the reaction temperature and pressure are low, and energy and equipment cost can be saved. In the product, except γ-valerolactone, the main by-product is ethyl 4-hydroxyvalerate, other by-products are very few, and the catalyst has good stability.
