| abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of veterinary medicines, and discloses a bupleurum-cassia oral liquid and a preparation method thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw material medicines in percentage by weight: 20-40% of radix bupleuri, 10-30% of radix scutellariae, 10-20% of ephedra, 5-20% of echinacea, 5-20% of radix trichosanthis, 5-20% of cassia twig, 5-20% of dried ginger, 5-10% of oyster and 5-10% of honey-fried licorice root. Taking the raw materials in proportion and preparing into coarse powder; adding water into coarse powder of 3 raw material medicines of radix bupleuri, cassia twig and dried ginger for distillation, collecting volatile oil for later use, and filtering the distilled water solution to obtain medicine residues and a distillation residual solution; decocting the residue and the rest coarse powder of other raw materials with water under ultrasonic wave, filtering, mixing the filtrate with the residual liquid, separating with membrane to obtain clear liquid, and concentrating the clear liquid to obtain concentrated solution with relative density of 1.15-1.20 at 50 deg.C; adding polysorbate 80 with volume-fixed weight of 1-2% into the volatile oil, dissolving, adding into the concentrated solution, adding antiseptic, adding water to volume of 1-2 times of the total weight of the raw materials, stirring, filtering, and bottling. The oral liquid has reasonable formula and high absorption rate. |
