titleOfInvention Establishment method of deficiency syndrome tumor cachexia model
abstract The invention provides a method for establishing a model of deficiency syndrome tumor cachexia. The method comprises establishing a deficiency mouse model by three factor induction methods of bitter cold purgation, hunger and satiety, exhaustion exercise for 7-15 days; inoculating C26 colon adenocarcinoma cells to the obtained deficiency mice to obtain deficiency tumor cachexia models; after inoculation, the two factors of bitter cold purgation and hunger and satiety are used for induction for 15-18 days. Wherein, the body weight, the thymus weight, the spleen weight, the gastrin content and the like are used as the observation indexes of deficiency syndrome. The animal model established by the method can be used for researching the deficiency tumor cachexia or screening the medicine for treating the deficiency tumor cachexia.
