abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting an abnormal area of river water quality space based on a multispectral remote sensing image, and belongs to the field of water quality safety monitoring. The method is based on multispectral remote sensing images, uses a two-dimensional sliding window and a double-threshold anomaly detection algorithm based on multivariate Gaussian distribution to detect spatial anomalies of the river water quality, and comprises the steps of preprocessing, anomaly detection, morphological post-processing and the like. The preprocessing part corrects the original image data and extracts a water body part as a research object to prepare data for subsequent detection; the anomaly detection part detects a water quality space anomaly region in the river channel by using a two-dimensional sliding window and a double-threshold anomaly detection algorithm based on multivariate Gaussian distribution; and the post-processing part processes the detection result by using a morphological method and outputs a water quality abnormal area. The method comprehensively utilizes the spectral information and the spatial information of the multispectral remote sensing image, and has a good detection effect on the common abnormalities of silt, wastewater, eutrophication and the like in the river channel.
