abstract | The invention discloses a cerous ion determination method based on nanogold simulated peroxidase. The change of the activity of the peroxidase is simulated by utilizing the interaction of the nano-gold and the cerous ions, and the nano-gold is used for catalyzing the hydrogen peroxide to oxidize the 3,3 ', 5, 5' -tetramethylbenzidine hydrochloride for color development, so that the change of the solution color and the ultraviolet absorption spectrum characteristic is shown. The linear range of the absorbance value measurement is 10-160 nmol/L, and the detection limit is 2.2 nmol/L. The method can be potentially applied to the determination of the content of the cerous ions in an environmental system. |
