abstract | The invention relates to the field of bi-component water-based resin, and relates to a water dispersible polyisocyanate composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition is prepared according to the mass ratio of a hydrophilic modified polyisocyanate curing agent to aromatic polyisocyanate of 10: 1-1: 3, the NCO content is 15-25% of the total mass of the water dispersible polyisocyanate composition, and the composition contains a fluorine-containing polyether chain segment and a zwitterionic segment; the preparation method comprises the following steps of S1, synthesizing a hydrophilic modified polyisocyanate curing agent; s2, adding the aromatic polyisocyanate into the hydrophilic modified polyisocyanate curing agent under the protection of nitrogen, and stirring and mixing for 5-40min to obtain the water dispersible polyisocyanate composition. The invention solves the defects of short pot life and high production cost of the water dispersible polyisocyanate in the prior art, and obtains the water dispersible polyisocyanate composition with low cost and high performance. |
