titleOfInvention Flavone contrast extract and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a flavone contrast extract and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting fructus Aurantii Immaturus or fructus Aurantii with aqueous solution of ethanol containing ammonia as solvent to obtain ethanol extract; (2) dispersing the alcohol extract in water, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain clear liquid and insoluble substances; drying the insoluble material to obtain a first flavone extract; (3) purifying the clear liquid with macroporous adsorbent resin column to obtain second flavone extract; (4) and uniformly mixing the first flavone extract and the second flavone extract to obtain the flavone control extract. The extraction method of the invention has the advantages of low flavonoid component loss and high transfer rate.
