abstract | The invention provides a method for synthesizing stannous sulfide in a low temperature liquid phase. Next, a sulfur source and anhydrous SnCl 2 were weighed, and hydrazine hydrate and ammonia water were added dropwise and stirred. The sulfur source includes one of high-purity sulfur and thiourea. The polyvinylpyrrolidone solution was then added to the solution prepared in the previous step and placed in a reaction vessel to obtain a solid-liquid mixture, which was then put into a vacuum oven for reaction at a reaction temperature of 50°C and a reaction time of 24h. Finally, the reaction vessel was taken out, the solid-liquid mixture was cooled and then placed in a centrifuge tube, and SnS crystal grains were obtained after alternate washing and centrifugation with deionized water and absolute ethanol. |
