abstract |
The invention discloses an on-line prediction method for mineral flotation process indicators. First, the missing data of the sample is imputed based on the associated K-nearest neighbor (KNN), and then the Pearson correlation coefficient and the method of significance test are used for feature screening; The flotation grade prediction sub-model of time-delay feedback network (NARX) combines the flotation mechanism and data analysis to jointly determine the time-delay and feedback order of the network; finally, based on NARX, the support vector regression ( SVR) is a secondary learner, and a stacking integrated learning flotation grade prediction model based on NARX and SVR is established. The present invention is used for the prediction of concentrate grade and tailings grade in the actual production process of bauxite. |
