abstract | The invention discloses a method for determining nitroimidazole drug residues in a blood sample, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of supramolecular solvent: stirring and centrifuging n-octanol, tetrahydrofuran and water, and taking an upper organic phase; (2) sample pretreatment: placing a blood sample in a supramolecular solvent, oscillating, extracting, centrifuging, transferring an upper-layer liquid filtering membrane, placing filtrate in a microscale sample injection bottle, adding methanol, and mixing uniformly to obtain a solution to be detected; (3) and (3) determining the nitroimidazole medicament residues in the solution to be detected by adopting ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The method is simple, convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for analyzing and detecting the nitroimidazole medicament residues in the blood sample. |
