abstract | The invention relates to a polyimide fiber reinforced rubber composite material and a preparation method thereof, which mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, soaking polyimide chopped fibers in a dispersing agent, and treating the polyimide chopped fibers by using a standard fiber dissociator to obtain polyimide fiber slurry uniformly dispersed into monofilaments; making the dispersed polyimide fiber pulp into polyimide chopped fiber base paper by using a paper industry former; thinly passing the rubber matrix on an open mill to obtain a thinner rubber sheet; and finally, overlapping the polyimide base paper and the rubber sheet at intervals, and performing hot press molding on the polyimide base paper and the rubber sheet on a flat vulcanizing instrument to obtain the polyimide fiber reinforced rubber composite material. The invention solves the problem of poor dispersibility of the polyimide fiber in the rubber matrix, and the prepared composite material has excellent mechanical properties. |
