abstract | The invention provides a silicon carbon black master batch and a preparation method thereof, wherein the silicon carbon black master batch comprises the following components in percentage by weight: silicon carbon black: 30-70%, ordinary carbon black: 0-10%, matrix resin: 20-50%, coupling agent: 1-5% and processing aid: 2-6%, conveying uncooled semi-finished products after blending and banburying by a mixer to a single screw extruder for extrusion granulation, wherein the silicon carbon black is prepared from rice hulls or biological straws through pyrolysis, so that the problem that the existing color master batch carbon black pigment is derived from non-renewable coal and has higher cost is solved. |
