abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of polyester production, and particularly discloses a polyester production method, which comprises the following steps: step 1, catalyst preparation: continuously stirring hydroxycarboxylic acid, simultaneously dripping alkoxy titanium into the hydroxycarboxylic acid for reaction and stirring reaction, then adding alkali liquor, controlling the pH to be less than or equal to 7, standing for layering, and taking out a lower clear liquid, namely the hydrolysis-resistant titanium-based liquid catalyst; step 2: polyester synthesis: putting terephthalic acid and 1, 4-butanediol into a reactor, and catalyzing the terephthalic acid and the 1, 4-butanediol to esterify for 60-240 minutes by using the hydrolysis-resistant titanium-based liquid catalyst prepared in the step 1 to synthesize PBT oligomer under the conditions of 190-240 ℃ and normal pressure, wherein the PBT oligomer is decompressed to 1Pa-100Pa within 30-120 minutes, and the temperature is adjusted to 240-260 ℃ to be polycondensed for 60-300 minutes to synthesize the PBT polyester. The catalyst used in the method has simple preparation process, does not generate hydrolysis precipitation in the synthesis process, and the titanium-based liquid catalyst is uniform and has good fluidity. |
