titleOfInvention | Preparation method of polyvinyl alcohol graft copolymer |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a polyvinyl alcohol graft copolymer, which adopts free radical polymerization, and grafts a polymer chain segment prepared by a reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer reagent onto a polyvinyl alcohol molecular chain, and specifically comprises the following preparation steps: (1) weighing polymerizable monomers, an oil-soluble initiator, an RAFT reagent and a solvent, placing the polymerizable monomers, the oil-soluble initiator, the RAFT reagent and the solvent in a flask, introducing nitrogen into the flask, and after the polymerizable monomers, the oil-soluble initiator, the RAFT reagent and the solvent are completely dissolved, placing the flask in an oil bath at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for reacting for 8-10 hours to obtain an oligomer; (2) adding polyvinyl alcohol and oligomer into water, heating for dissolving, adding a water-soluble initiator after the polyvinyl alcohol and the oligomer are completely dissolved, and then cooling to 50-60 ℃ for reacting for 4-8h to obtain a stable solution of grafted polyvinyl alcohol. Compared with the conventional graft modified polyvinyl alcohol, the preparation method has the advantages of simple process, pure product, quick dissolution in water and long-term stable storage of the solution. |
