titleOfInvention | Supermolecule fracturing fluid with self-repairing performance and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The application discloses a supermolecule fracturing fluid with self-repairing performance, which consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 2 to 5 percent of nonionic monomer, 0.1 to 0.6 percent of functional monomer, and the other components by mass percent of the nonionic monomer: 0.05 to 0.08 percent of cross-linking agent and 1 to 5 percent of initiator; the balance being deionized water. The preparation method comprises the step of sequentially adding all the components into a reaction kettle to carry out water solution multi-component copolymerization to prepare the supermolecule fracturing fluid. The supramolecular fracturing fluid has good self-repairing performance: after the supermolecule fracturing fluid is subjected to shearing damage, the viscosity restoration rate of the supermolecule fracturing fluid reaches more than 81%, the viscoelastic performance restoration rate reaches more than 95%, better sand carrying performance is kept, and the requirement of hydraulic fracturing operation is met. |
