abstract | The invention discloses a series of 3-(L-phenylalanine)-pentacyclic triterpenoid derivatives and a synthesis method and application thereof. Described pentacyclic triterpene derivatives are 2 3-(L-phenylalanine)-oleanolic acid derivatives and 2 3-(L-phenylalanine)-glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives, specifically A 3-(L-phenylalanine)-oleanine is obtained by reacting oleanolic acid or glycyrrhetic acid with Boc-L-phenylalanine, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-dimethylaminopyridine A fruit acid derivative or a 3-(L-phenylalanine)-glycyrrhetinic acid derivative; they are then reacted with trifluoroacetic acid to obtain another 2 derivatives. The applicant's in vitro test results show that they have good proliferation inhibitory activity on some tumor cell lines, have good potential medicinal value, and are expected to be used in the preparation of various anti-tumor drugs. |
