titleOfInvention Glass fiber impregnating compound and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a glass fiber impregnating compound, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.4-1.2% of silane coupling agent, 6.0-35.0% of film forming agent, 0.08-2.0% of lubricating agent, 0.06-2.8% of pH value regulator and 59-93.46% of water; the film forming agent is a composition of acrylic acid modified epoxy resin emulsion and silane coupling agent modified crosslinking PVAc emulsion. The twistless roving for the transparent plate produced by the impregnating compound formula has the characteristics of good short-cut performance, less hairiness, good dispersibility in resin, high transparency and the like, and can meet the quality requirements of customers on products.
