abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, provides a radix codonopsitis and medlar composition and application thereof in preparing a medicine for treating Alzheimer disease, and particularly relates to application of the radix codonopsitis and medlar composition in preparing the medicine for treating Alzheimer disease. The invention adopts a caenorhabditis elegans Alzheimer disease pathological model for experiment, and the result shows that: the radix codonopsitis and medlar composition obviously delays the muscle paralysis phenotype of the caenorhabditis elegans of the Alzheimer disease, namely, the pathological characteristics of the caenorhabditis elegans like the Alzheimer disease are obviously relieved. The experiment results show that the radix codonopsitis and medlar composition provided by the invention has the potential of treating Alzheimer's disease, and can be applied to preparation of a medicine for treating Alzheimer's disease. |
