The invention provides a liver cirrhosis detection reagent, including C1: not higher than 2.0% SDS, pH 7.5-8.0; C2: mixing 20mM APTS and 1M NaCNBH3 with the same volume; C3: glycosidase with a concentration of 2~5U/µL Mixed with 3~4% NP-40 at a volume ratio of 1:20; C4: 100mM NH4AC, 1~2mU/µL sialidase and hydrogen peroxide were mixed at a volume of 5:1:14; C5: buffer. The present invention also provides an application of a composition in a liver cirrhosis detection reagent, the composition is composed of NGA2F, NA2, and NA3, and the composition is used to detect liver cirrhosis by the ratio of NGA2F/(NA2+NA3). The invention adopts the N-oligosaccharide chain detection method with high sensitivity, simple operation, good repeatability, good stability and high throughput, and the accuracy reaches 84.7%, which has higher accuracy compared with the prior art. |
