titleOfInvention Molecular marker primer composition for identifying intergeneric hybrid of pear and apple and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a molecular marker primer composition for identifying intergeneric hybrid of pear and apple and application thereof. The specific sequences of pear and apple genomes are detected according to a whole genome alignment method, seven pairs of molecular marker specific primers, namely P13, P31, P33, A31, A33, A34 and A37, are newly developed, and the sequences of a forward primer and a reverse primer are shown in Table 1. The specific primers are used for identifying the intergeneric filial generation of the pear and the apple, and specific amplification bands of the apple, the pear and the filial generation can be respectively obtained, namely, the intergeneric hybrid of the real pear and the apple is detected. The molecular marker based on the genome specific sequence provided by the invention can be used for identifying the intergeneric hybrid varieties of pears and apples, and has important theoretical and practical guiding significance for improving the genetic breeding process of fruit trees and accelerating the molecular-assisted selective breeding.
