titleOfInvention | Bacillus methylotrophicus BMF04, fermentation method and application |
abstract | The invention relates to Bacillus methylotrophicus (BMF 04), the preservation number of which is CCTCC NO: 2017375. the invention also discloses the use of the bacillus methylotrophicus BMF04 in inhibiting plant pathogenic fungi, the use of the sterile fermentation broth of the strain in inhibiting the plant pathogenic fungi, the use of the sterile fermentation broth of the strain as an effective component in preparing bacteria inhibiting medicines and the use in promoting growth of cucumber seedlings; simultaneously discloses a preparation method of the sterile fermentation broth of the bacillus methylotrophicus BMF04 and a fermentation culture method for producing the antibacterial substance; also discloses a solid state fermentation culture method for producing spores by the Bacillus methylotrophicus BMF 04. The invention screens out a new marine bacterial strain with broad-spectrum resistance aiming at common pathogenic bacteria in crops, and determines the species relation of excellent resistant strains by strain morphology observation, physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Meanwhile, the antibacterial application of the strain is researched, and a direction is provided for the application of the strain. |
