A separation device comprises a cylinder, a diaphragm assembly and a sliding piece, wherein the cylinder is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite; the diaphragm assembly comprises a plurality of separation membranes and a plurality of plugging membranes, the separation membranes are accommodated in the barrel and are hermetically connected with the barrel, the separation membranes are arranged at intervals from the second end to the first end to divide the barrel into an end cavity and N functional cavities, the end cavity is close to the second end, liquid discharge holes are formed in the side walls of the N functional cavities, and each liquid discharge hole is plugged with a plugging membrane; the sliding piece is arranged close to the first end and can slide towards the direction close to the second end. The separation device has less pollution to the sample to be detected. |
