titleOfInvention Ant lion small-molecule peptide and separation and purification method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a ant lion small molecular peptide, a separation and purification method and application thereof. The Ant lion small molecular peptide belongs to type I heat shock factor binding protein, the relative molecular mass is 9.6kDa, the isoelectric point is 4.0, the number of amino acid residues is 84, and the amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO 1. The invention utilizes the ion exchange technology to separate and purify the polypeptide component with anticancer activity from the ant lion, and finds that two components ALT1 and ALT6 in the polypeptide component have obvious inhibition effect on gastric cancer cells MKN 28. And (3) further separating and purifying the component ALT6 by using technologies such as ultrafiltration, ion exchange, molecular sieve and the like to obtain the component ALT614 with the highest anticancer activity, and finding that the Anto lion small molecular peptide ALT614 has homology with the heat shock factor binding protein HSBP1 and the similarity is 50-70% through NCBI sequence comparison. The ant lion small molecular peptide can be used for preparing a medicine for treating gastric cancer.
