titleOfInvention | Deliming agent and its use and deliming method |
abstract | The invention discloses a deliming agent, which comprises a phenolic compound with a chemical structure of formula I; wherein, R 1 is hydroxyl or hydrogen; R 2 is -SO 3 - M + or -COO - M + ; M is an alkali metal or Alkaline earth metals other than Ca and Mg. The invention also discloses a deliming method using the deliming agent, and the use of the phenolic compound as a deliming agent. An advantage of the present invention is that the deliming agent contains no boric acid or ammonium salts, which is very environmentally friendly, while providing similar deliming action to ammonium salts. Another advantage is that the deliming agent avoids the pH of the deliming solution from dropping to less than 5 even in the case of excess deliming agent, thus does not damage the raw leather of the pelt and can provide the soft hand of the raw leather. |
