titleOfInvention Method for flotation of uranium niobium-titanium ore and application of combined collecting agent
abstract The invention relates to an application of a combined collecting agent in uranium columbite flotation, which comprises the components of toluarsonic acid and butyl xanthate, wherein the mass fraction of the toluarsonic acid accounts for 60-90%, and the mass fraction of the butyl xanthate accounts for 10-40%. The purity of the toluarsonic acid and the butyl xanthate are analytically pure. The method for flotation of uranium columbium-titanium ore by using the combined collector comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a collecting agent solution; (2) grinding ore; (3) mixing slurry; (4) carrying out floatation on the niobium-titanium-uranium ore; (5) and (4) carrying out concentration on the uraninite rough concentrate obtained in the step (4) for multiple times until an ideal flotation index is reached. The combined collector disclosed by the invention can realize effective flotation of the uranium niobium-titanium ore, and has the characteristics of good selectivity, strong collecting capability, low requirement on flotation temperature, small using amount and the like. The gravity concentrate passes through a closed process flow of primary roughing, primary scavenging and secondary concentration, the grade of uranium in the flotation concentrate can reach more than 1%, and the recovery rate is more than 92%.
