abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a catalyst for synthesizing ethylene glycol by dimethyl oxalate hydrogenation, which comprises the steps of dissolving an organic structure directing agent, an organic alkaline catalyst and an organic directing agent assistant in water, stirring, adding a silicon precursor compound, continuously stirring for reaction for 1-6 hours, cooling after the reaction is finished, carrying out suction filtration, drying and roasting to obtain a central radial mesoporous silica microsphere; and then adding an acid solution into the soluble copper solution to adjust the pH value to 1-2, adding the mesoporous silica nanospheres, fully stirring, adding an ammonium carbonate solution to adjust the pH value to 6-8, recovering a solid product, and filtering, washing, vacuum drying and roasting to obtain a catalyst product. The copper content in the prepared catalyst is 10-45% of the total weight of the catalyst, and the monovalent copper content is 20-60 mol% of the total active copper mol number; specific surface area of catalyst>500m 2 G, pore volume>1.0ml/g, and the average mesoporous size is 2.8-10 nm. |
