abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an amino acid surfactant, which comprises the following specific steps: (1) adding fatty acid and a catalyst into a four-neck flask at room temperature, slowly heating to 50-70 ℃, dropwise adding thionyl chloride or introducing phosgene, and reacting for 3-6 hours to obtain fatty acyl chloride; (2) adding amino acid and caustic alkali solution into a four-neck flask at room temperature, controlling the pH range to be 10-12 and the temperature to be 10-20 ℃, simultaneously dropwise adding fatty acyl chloride and caustic alkali solution, keeping the pH constant in the dropwise adding process, and reacting for 3-6 hours to obtain an amino acid surfactant crude product; (3) adding inorganic acid to adjust the pH value to 1-2, then adding cold water, filtering and drying to obtain the final amino acid surfactant product. The method has the advantages of low production cost, high efficiency and simple process, is suitable for industrial production, and is green and environment-friendly because the solvent is recovered on the premise of ensuring high yield and excellent product appearance. |
