titleOfInvention | Bionic double-layer dressing and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a bionic double-layer dressing, which comprises a small intestine submucosa of a decellularized animal and a gel layer crosslinked on a film layer, wherein the film layer and the gel layer jointly form the bionic double-layer dressing with a double-layer structure; the preparation method comprises the steps of decellularized small intestine submucosa preparation, decellularized small intestine submucosa powder preparation, decellularized small intestine submucosa solution preparation and bionic double-layer dressing preparation. The bionic double-layer dressing prepared by the invention not only has excellent tensile property, but also has a semi-permeable barrier, and can prevent water evaporation and bacterial penetration. Meanwhile, the bionic double-layer dressing prepared by the invention is beneficial to healing of the wound surface, can obviously improve the healing speed of the wound surface, and obviously accelerates the wound surface healing rate on 3 days and 7 days after operation. |
