A plurality of isolation nets are arranged in the breeding area, and the isolation nets divide the breeding area into a plurality of breeding spaces. The breeding method comprises the following steps: putting the procambarus clarkii parents into a breeding space according to the proportion of 1:1 of male parents and female parents; controlling the temperature of the copulated egg-holding shrimps for breeding in a breeding space; hatching shrimp eggs: separating shrimp larvae from female shrimps and incubating at controlled temperature to form juvenile shrimps; secondly, after the shrimp eggs grow to be orange, washing the shrimp eggs to promote the shrimp eggs to be separated from the parent bodies of the shrimp eggs, and putting the separated shrimp eggs into an incubation barrel at the temperature of 9-12 ℃ for storage; after the shrimp seeds are taken out of the film, taking out the isolation net and the seed shrimps; culturing the juvenile shrimps to the procambarus clarkii with the juvenile shrimps growing to be 3-4cm long. The invention can control the breeding speed of the procambarus clarkii, thereby ensuring the synchronism of the shrimp seeds and avoiding individual difference caused by different growth speeds of the same batch of shrimp seeds.
