abstract |
The present invention provides materials and methods for determining optimal dosage regimens of therapeutic agents. In particular, the present invention relates to dosage regimens of therapeutic agents capable of targeting IL-2 receptors, preferably interleukin 2 (IL2)-based therapeutic agents. The methods of the present invention allow the determination of general dosage regimens for novel IL-2R targeted therapeutics, but also enable specific customized dosage regimens for individuals treated with IL-2R targeted therapeutics. |
