The GC/MS fingerprint spectrums of the natural Chinese bee longan honey and the natural Italian bee longan honey are respectively constructed by adopting a headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined method and a traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint spectrum similarity evaluation system; determining that the GC/MS fingerprint of the natural apis cerana longan honey contains 16 common characteristic volatile components, and the GC/MS fingerprint of the natural apis cerana longan honey contains 15 common characteristic volatile components. And by comparing the similarity and the chemical composition difference between the total ion chromatogram of the natural longan honey sample to be detected and the established GC/MS fingerprint, the natural apis cerana longan honey and the natural apis cerana longan honey are accurately distinguished and distinguished. The method has the characteristics of small sample consumption, strong characteristics and reliable results, is very beneficial to solving the problem that the Italian bee longan honey is difficult to distinguish in the current market, and has very obvious social benefits. |
