titleOfInvention | Modification method of polyurethane foam |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of functional polymer materials, and particularly relates to a modification method of polyurethane foam. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly soaking cleaned polyurethane foam in a multifunctional polyurethane prepolymer solution at room temperature, wherein the using amount of the multifunctional polyurethane prepolymer solution is 5-50 times of the mass of the polyurethane foam; and secondly, taking out the polyurethane foam which is saturated and adsorbed with the multifunctional polyurethane prepolymer solution, extruding the polyurethane foam to be dry, placing the extruded polyurethane foam in an oven, and drying the polyurethane foam for 2 to 72 hours at the temperature of 20 to 80 ℃ to obtain the multifunctional polyurethane prepolymer modified polyurethane foam. The hydrophilicity of the polyurethane foam obtained by the invention is greatly improved, and the saturated water absorption capacity and the water retention capacity are obviously enhanced. The mechanical property, biocompatibility and stability of the polyurethane foam are still maintained, and meanwhile, the antibacterial property of the polyurethane foam is also endowed. |
