titleOfInvention | Cellulose dibasic acid ester adsorbent, preparation method thereof and application thereof in purification of printing and dyeing wastewater |
abstract | The application provides a cellulose dibasic acid ester adsorbent, a preparation method thereof and a cationic dye printing and dyeing wastewater purification application thereof. The cellulose dibasic acid ester adsorbent is prepared by esterification reaction of a DMAc solution of dibasic acid anhydride and a cellulose DMAc/LiCl homogeneous phase solution to obtain cellulose dibasic acid ester, and then cross-linking reaction to obtain a finished product of a white porous solid adsorbent. The cellulose dibasic acid ester adsorbent is applied to purification application of cationic dye printing and dyeing wastewater, and practice proves that the maximum adsorption capacity can reach 270mg/g, the adsorption efficiency reaches 99%, and the cellulose dibasic acid ester adsorbent has the technical advantages of repeated adsorption-desorption use and no reduction of adsorption performance. |
