titleOfInvention | Method for solid-state fermentation of ginkgo powder by R. coronoides, product and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for solid-state fermentation of R. coronoidans ginkgo powder, a prepared product and application thereof. The method comprises: (1) preparing a spore suspension of R. coronoides; (2) preparing ginkgo powder, adding Inorganic salts, adjust pH to prepare solid-state fermentation medium; (3) inoculate the solid-state fermentation medium with the spore suspension of R. coronoides, and add sterile deionized water to adjust the initial water content, cultivate and supplement with no spores every other day. Bacteria deionized water, after fermentation, solid-state fermented ginkgo powder of Rhizoctonia coronoidans is obtained. In the present invention, ginkgo powder is used as the base material for solid-state fermentation of R. coronoidans. After fermentation, most of the nutritional components and functional components of ginkgo powder are retained, and ginkgolic acid and MPN in the ginkgo powder are effectively degraded. The growth and metabolism of Astragalus make the fermented ginkgo powder contain a large number of Rhizoctonia coronoidans spores, lovastatin, polysaccharide, α-amylase, protease and many other functional health care components, and the flavor is significantly improved. |
