abstract The invention discloses a composition, a kit and a method for genotyping detection of hepatitis B virus. The kit comprises the composition, and the composition consists of a primer group and a probe group with specific sequences; the invention realizes B, C, D three-gene typing detection of HBV by carrying out fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR on HBV DNA in a sample through the designed primer combination probe set. The hepatitis B virus genotyping detection composition and the kit are simple to operate, less in cross reaction, low in cost, high in sensitivity and high in typing accuracy.
