abstract | The invention provides a thermoplastic composite elastomer material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the thermoplastic composite elastomer material comprises a composite elastomer material obtained by blending polyamide/acrylate rubber dynamic vulcanized rubber and a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer according to the weight ratio of (3-9) to (1-7); compared with two materials before blending, the comprehensive performance of the thermoplastic composite elastomer material obtained by the invention is remarkably improved, especially the low-temperature elastic performance, the low-temperature tensile strength and the low-temperature brittleness performance, the low-temperature tensile strength at minus 35 ℃ can reach 26MPa, the elongation can reach 402%, the low-temperature brittleness temperature can be as low as minus 45 ℃, the material also has excellent water resistance, long-term high-temperature service performance, high-temperature oil resistance, high elasticity and good repeated processing performance, and the technical blank of applying the materials in the high-end technical field in China can be made up by using the material to prepare materials such as wires, cables, sealing elements, rubber tubes and the like. |
