The present invention relates to polypeptides comprising human binding domains capable of binding to epitopes of human and non-chimpanzee primate CD3(epsilon) chains and methods of producing the polypeptides. The present invention also relates to a nucleic acid encoding the polypeptide, a vector comprising the nucleic acid, and a host cell comprising the vector. In another aspect, the present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the polypeptides and medical uses of the polypeptides. In a further aspect, the invention provides methods of identifying polypeptides comprising a cross-species specific binding domain capable of binding to an epitope of human and non-chimpanzee primate CD3ε (CD3ε). |
