titleOfInvention Anti-skinning castable for cement kiln and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an anti-skinning castable for a cement kiln, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-60% of calcium dialuminate, 3-20% of alumina micro powder or alumina micro powder, 2-20% of pure calcium aluminate cement and the balance of water. The raw materials also comprise: the low-aluminum mullite with the grain diameter of 5-1mm accounts for 0-60% of the raw materials by weight. The invention discloses a preparation method of the anti-skinning castable for the cement kiln, which comprises the following steps: proportioning the raw materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain a finished product; adding water into the finished product, stirring, casting, curing, drying and baking. The anti-skinning castable for the cement kiln and the preparation method thereof have the characteristics of good construction performance, quick hardening, high strength, corrosion resistance and excellent skinning resistance, and are used for parts which are easy to skin, such as a cement kiln decomposing furnace, a smoke chamber and the like.
