titleOfInvention Preparation method of flexible electric arc furnace sealing heat-insulating material
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a flexible electric arc furnace sealing heat-preservation material, which adopts the technical scheme that the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing 85-92% of silicon powder, 5-10% of zircon powder and 3-5% of soda ash by weight percentage; (2) adding the powder into a sodium polyacrylate aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 0.5%, and uniformly stirring, wherein the weight ratio of the powder to the sodium polyacrylate aqueous solution is 1: 8-10; soaking glass wool in the soaking solution for 20-30min, taking out, and air drying; the invention not only has toughness but also has strength, can well prevent the heat loss of the electric arc furnace, and experiments prove that: after the hole of the electric arc furnace heat loss is closed, the feed liquid in the furnace can be melted in advance, the power consumption of each ton of solution can be reduced by more than 200 ℃, the power consumption can be saved by 5000 degrees when 25 tons of electric melting bricks are produced every day, the energy consumption is greatly reduced, the melting time is shortened, the productivity is directly improved, and more products can be produced in the same time.
